If you have taken out cancellation insurance with us, it is best to consult the cancellation conditions first. You can find it here.
If you have continuous cancellation insurance yourself, please contact your insurance company. If you have taken out cancellation insurance through us, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, please state your name, reservation number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, you can follow the cancellation conditions prescribed by the RECRON. These can be found here (under the heading RECRON conditions Article 6 Cancellation). Choose the conditions that apply to you. If you make use of the RECRON conditions, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com. In this e-mail, please state your name, reservation number and reason for cancellation. We will process your request as soon as possible.
